Falls are a major health risk for older adults, but they are preventable.
This program will help members to:
- Identify external and internal factors that increase the risk of falls
- Understand the components of balance
- Assess their own balance & posture
- Practice various exercises to improve stability and mobility and prevent and/or minimize the risk of injury.
