This beginner-level, interactive class can help you get started on your way to a more fit and healthy lifestyle.
The program will include a mix of lecture, group discussion, and physical activity.
- Learn ways to increase your daily physical activity to meet recommended guidelines
- Practice basic exercises in terms of aerobics, strength training, and stretching
- Explore ways to overcome barriers and stay on track with your routine
Interesting, entertaining and 2 hours go by quickly. Doing exercises in class made me realize
