  This beginner-level, interactive class can help you get started on your way to a more fit and healthy lifestyle. The program will include a mix of lecture, group discussion, and physical activity.
  • Learn ways to increase your daily physical activity to meet recommended guidelines
  • Practice basic exercises in terms of aerobics, strength training, and stretching
  • Explore ways to overcome barriers and stay on track with your routine
